Is there any parking?
Park in the front or back
How long will my order take to complete?
NOT in about an hour. In fact,
we pride ourselves on not being even remotely
like any eyewear chain. That said, if we have
the frame and you have a simple RX, typically,
a week to ten days. If we have to order the
frame from overseas, which is not uncommon,
the time frame varies. We'll keep you informed
as much or as little as you like.
Do you take (fill in the name) insurance?
Sorry... we don't accept ANY insurance. We
WILL provide you with an itemized receipt that
you can submit. And, we'll be more than happy
to help you spend your medical flex dollars.

How much do your frames cost?
We're not inexpensive. We deal with the Euro,
the Yen and a bunch of other foreign currencies,
so we're at the mercy of "the system." On the
flip side, you definitely get what you pay for..
and a lot more. You can be assured you have
the most technologically-advanced optics and
the coolest frames around. You'll receive
unparalleled service from a professional staff
(no one's on commission) that is committed to
our clients and actually like working here.
Can I bring in my prescription?
Of course! Any RX from an ophthalmologist(MD)
or optometrist (OD) is valid for two years
from the date issued.
Do you have vintage frames...children’s
frames... and perfectly round frames?
Yes, yes, and yes.
Can I get my contacts from you?
Yes, if you are a current contact wearer, we
just need your RX. We'll order the brand and
number of boxes you request and have them
for you in 1-3 days, again depending on the
specific RX. We charge about $5.00 over cost,
to cover manufacturer's handing and shipping
costs. If you area first timer, we will schedule a
contact consultation with a licensed optician.
There is a minimal fee for the "fitting."
Do you sell telescopes... binoculars?
We carry most things optical: from telescopes
and accessories to microscopes, monoculars,
to binoculars, magnifiers to opera glasses
from such names as Swarovski,
Explore Scientific, Vixen and Celestron.
